Delete your account
1. In the app
Open Dumo and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirm, and your account is deleted straight away.
2. By email
If you can't open the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number you sign in with and your @username. We will confirm the request is yours and delete the account within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your profile, username and profile photo.
- All your videos, comments and likes.
- Your followers and the people you follow.
- Your wallet balance.
Everything disappears from Dumo straight away. Backups are wiped within 30 days. We only keep records the law requires, such as payout and tax records, for the required period (usually five years). Deleting cannot be undone.
